Deborah Adell, APRN, PhD, ABAAHP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in primary care. She earned her doctoral degree (PhD) in Human Development and Health Promotion, bringing a unique understanding of both the science of health and the psychology of behavior change to her clinical and academic work.

Dr. Adell is a Diplomate of and nationally certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), reflecting her expertise in advanced approaches to hormone health, longevity, and wellness.

In addition to her clinical experience, Dr. Adell has served in higher education as a faculty member and administrator for more than three decades.
